  I requested box braids and I told them the length I wanted them and they braided it down to my waist, the braids were extremely uneven. They are so unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone. I took them out the same day and my hair was tangled up in the hair and they added hair that was not the hair that I bought and brought with me.
